سياسة الخصوصية

ما الذي نجمعه

بيانات الحساب: اسم المستخدم، الاسم، رقم الهاتف أو واتساب، ومدة الاشتراك.
بيانات الدفع: المبلغ والعملة وطريقة الدفع ورقم الإيصال. لا نخزّن أي بيانات بطاقات.
بيانات الأجهزة: اسم الجهاز ونوعه والمفتاح العام الخاص به في WireGuard وعنوانه داخل الشبكة.

تحميل التطبيق

عند تنزيل APK نسجل عنوان IP والدولة التقريبية ووقت اكتمال التنزيل لعرض إحصاءات التحميل في لوحة الإدارة. تحذف تفاصيل IP والدولة بعد 90 يومًا ويبقى عدد التحميلات. تحديد الدولة يتم محليًا على السيرفر.

سجلات الاتصال

لحماية الخدمة ومنع إساءة استخدامها، نسجّل لكل جهاز:

أوقات بدء الاتصال وانتهائه، وعنوان IP العام الذي اتصلت منه.
كمية البيانات المستخدمة (تنزيل ورفع) يوميًا.
الوجهات التي يفتح جهازك اتصالات معها: عنوان IP والمنفذ والبروتوكول فقط، مجمّعة كل 15 دقيقة.

لا نسجّل محتوى ما تتصفحه أو ترسله، ولا الروابط الكاملة للصفحات، ولا كلمات المرور.

لماذا

منع الاستخدام غير القانوني والرد على شكاوى إساءة الاستخدام.
تطبيق حدود الاشتراك وعدد الأجهزة، وتقديم الدعم الفني.
الاستجابة لطلب قانوني ملزم من جهة مختصة.

مدة الحفظ

تُحذف سجلات الاتصال والاستهلاك تلقائيًا بعد 90 يومًا. تبقى بيانات الحساب والدفع طالما الحساب موجود.

المشاركة

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية. تطبيقاتنا لا تحتوي على إعلانات أو أدوات تتبّع. قد نكشف السجلات فقط عند طلب قانوني ملزم أو للتحقيق في إساءة استخدام الخدمة.

حقوقك

يمكنك طلب معرفة البيانات المحفوظة عنك أو حذف حسابك عبر التواصل معنا. الحذف يُنهي الاشتراك.

شروط الاستخدام

يُمنع استخدام الخدمة في أي نشاط غير قانوني، بما في ذلك الاختراق أو محاولته، الاحتيال، الرسائل المزعجة (سبام)، نشر محتوى غير قانوني، أو انتهاك حقوق الآخرين.
الحساب شخصي. يُمنع بيعه أو مشاركته خارج عدد الأجهزة المسموح في اشتراكك.
نحتفظ بحق إيقاف الحساب فورًا ودون استرداد المبلغ عند مخالفة هذه الشروط.
عند انتهاء الاشتراك يتوقف الاتصال تلقائيًا، ويعود بعد التجديد.
نقدّم الخدمة "كما هي". نعمل على استقرارها لكن لا نضمن عدم انقطاعها في كل الأوقات.
استخدامك للخدمة يعني موافقتك على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية.

Privacy & Terms of Use

Privacy policy

What we collect

Account data: username, name, phone or WhatsApp number, subscription period.
Payment data: amount, currency, payment method and receipt number. We never store card details.
Device data: device name and type, its WireGuard public key and its address inside the VPN.

App downloads

When an APK download completes, we record its IP address, approximate country and time for admin download statistics. IP and country details are removed after 90 days; aggregate download counts remain. Country lookup takes place locally on our server.

Connection logs

To protect the service and prevent abuse, for each device we record:

When connections start and end, and the public IP address you connected from.
How much data was used (download and upload) per day.
The destinations your device opens connections to: IP address, port and protocol only, grouped per 15 minutes.

We do not record the content of what you browse or send, full page addresses (URLs), or passwords.

Why

To prevent illegal use and to handle abuse reports.
To enforce subscription and device limits, and to provide support.
To respond to a binding legal request from a competent authority.

Retention

Connection and usage logs are deleted automatically after 90 days. Account and payment data are kept while the account exists.

Sharing

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Our apps contain no ads or trackers. Logs are disclosed only on a binding legal request or to investigate abuse of the service.

Your rights

Terms of use

Using the service for any illegal activity is forbidden, including hacking or attempts to hack, fraud, spam, distributing illegal content, or infringing the rights of others.
Accounts are personal. Selling or sharing an account beyond the device limit of your plan is forbidden.
We may suspend an account immediately and without refund when these terms are broken.
When the subscription expires the connection stops automatically, and resumes after renewal.
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it stable but cannot guarantee it is never interrupted.
Using the service means you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
